基于关联规则分析椒目在肠腑疾病中的配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中国古代方剂探讨椒目在肠腑疾病中的配伍规律,并为临床防治肠腑疾病提供新的思路。方法:利用"中华医典"搜集含有椒目的方剂,并对搜集得到的方剂进行数据清洗,对数据中的中医症状、中医疾病进行规范化处理,最终将得到的数据进行频次、频率统计,并录入中医传承辅助平台,进行关联规则挖掘、关联规则可视化处理。结果:共收集到80首治疗肠腑疾病的椒目方,使用频率>1%的药物有葶苈子、泽泻、大黄、桑白皮、牵牛子、芒硝、猪苓、茯苓、甘遂、附子等27味;药性多为寒、温,药味多为苦、辛、甘,归经多为脾、胃、肺、肾经;获得关联规则置信度较高的二项药组4对,三项药组2对。结论:治疗肠腑疾病时可用椒目配伍葶苈子、泽泻作为基础药组以泻水逐饮,同时可配伍化痰止咳平喘药杏仁、温里药干姜、附子,补虚药大枣、白术,解表药葱白进行治疗。Objective:Based on ancient Chinese prescriptions,to explore the compatibility of Zanthoxyli semen in intestinal diseases,and to provide a new discussion for clinical prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases.Methods:“Chinese Medical Code” was used to collect prescriptions containing Zanthoxyli semen,collecting prescriptions were cleaned,and the symptoms and diseases of Chinese medicine in the data were normalized.Finally,the obtained data were counted in frequency and frequency,and entered into the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance,and association rules were mined and visualized.Results:A total of 80 prescriptions were collected for the treatment of intestinal diseases.The drugs used more than 1% included 27 flavors,such as Semen Lepidii,Alismatis Rhizoma,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Cortex Mori,Semen Pharbitidis,Natrii sulfas,Polyporus,Poria,Radix kansui and Radix Aconiti Lateralis.The medicinal properties are mostly cold and warm,and the medicinal tastes are mostly bitter,pungent and sweet,mostly attributed to spleen,stomach,lung and kidney meridians;Four pairs of binomial drug groups and two pairs of trinomial drug groups with high confidence of association rules were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of intestinal diseases,Zanthoxyli semen combined with Lepidium and Alisma orientalis can be used as the basic medicine group,and meanwhile,it can be combined with almond,dried ginger and aconite,jujube and Atractylodes macrocephala,and scallion,which can relieve phlegm,cough and asthma.
