个体化SBAR护理交接记录单在急诊危重病人转入重症监护室交接过程中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索一种适合急诊危重病人转入重症监护室交接方法。方法:根据SBAR沟通模式及急诊危重病人救治的特点,制定个体化SBAR护理交接记录单,对比实施个体化SBAR护理交接记录单前后交接护士工作满意度、转运病人交接时间、病人交接差错率。结果:实施个体化SBAR护理交接记录单后,实验组交接班护士满意度明显高于对照组交接班护士满意度(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;实验组转运患者交接时间(21.90±5.05)明显少于对照组(27.58±6.98),有统计学意义(P<0.05);病人交接差错率由14.46%降低至3.60%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化SBAR交接班模式,缩短了患者的转运时间,降低了患者转运过程中的风险,提高了交接班护士的满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:Explore a suitable method for transferring critically ill patients to the intensive care unit in emergency department.Methods:According to the SBAR communication mode and the characteristics of emergency critical patient treatment,an individualized SBAR nursing handover record sheet was developed to compare the job satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation of the personalized SBAR nursing handover record sheet,the transfer time of patients,and the error rate of patient handover.Results:After the implementation of the individualized SBAR nursing handover record sheet,the satisfaction of the handover nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher than the satisfaction of the handover nurses in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the handover time of the experimental group was significantly(21.90±5.05)Less than the control group(27.58±6.98),(P<0.05),which is statistically significant;the patient handover error rate is reduced from 14.46%to 3.60%(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.Conclusion:The individualized SBAR handover mode shortens the patient’s transfer time,reduces the risk during patient transfer,and improves the satisfaction of the handover nurse,which is worthy of clinical application.
