摘 要:通过建立人才引进和培养机制,创新人才发展体制,可以保证人员引进质量,还能提升管理层工作效率与水平,实现医院高素质队伍的建设。因此,医院应积极改革管理人才招聘与培养机制,健全人才管理体制。文章对当前医院管理人才引进和培养存在的不足和问题进行分析,并从医院管理人才引进和培养机制方面提出改善策略,为医院全面提高管理人才专业水平与综合素质提供参考。By establishing talent introduction and training mechanism and innovating talent development system,we can ensure the quality of personnel introduction,improve the work efficiency and level of management,and realize the construction of high-quality team in hospital.Therefore,hospitals should actively reform the recruitment and training mechanism of management talents and improve the talent management system.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and problems existing in the introduction and training of hospital management talents,and puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of the introduction and training mechanism of hospital management talents,so as to provide reference for the hospital to comprehensively improve the professional level and comprehensive quality of management talents.
