芪龙胶囊对麻醉犬血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪龙胶囊对心脏功能的药理作用及机制。方法:通过观察对麻醉开胸犬心脏血流动力学、心肌耗氧量等指标的变化,研究芪龙胶囊对心肌作用的机理。结果:芪龙胶囊对麻醉犬心率、动脉收缩压、舒张压、左室内压、左室内压上升最大速率(dp/dtmax)、标准Ⅱ导心电图、心肌收缩力、动脉血氧、冠状静脉窦静脉血氧、心肌耗氧指数均未见明显影响(P>0.05)。芪龙胶囊可以增加冠脉流量、心输出量、心搏出量、左室作功及心肌氧利用率,降低冠脉阻力、外周阻力、左室内压及等作用(P<0.05)。结论:芪龙胶囊能改善心肌的供血供氧,对心血管系统起到调整和改善作用。Objective:Study on pharmacological action and mechanism of Qilong capsule on cardiac function.Methods:By observing the changes of cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized open chest dogs,the mechanism of the effect of Qilong capsule on myocardium was studied.Results:The effects of Qilong capsule on heart rate,arterial systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,left ventricular pressure,Maximum rate of rise of LV pressure(dp/dtmax),standard Ⅱ electrocardiogram,myocardial contractility,arterial blood oxygen,coronary venous sinus vein blood oxygen and myocardial oxygen consumption index were not obvious(P>0.05).Qi long capsule can increase coronary flow,cardiac output,heart rate,left ventricular work and myocardial oxygen utilization,reduce coronary artery resistance,peripheral resistance,left chamber pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qilong capsule can improve the blood supply of myocardium and improve the cardiovascular system.
