摘　　要：高校图书馆纸质藏书的累增造成馆舍空间不足、服务水平的下降,急需开展藏书剔旧工作。文章以梧州学院图书馆藏书剔旧工作的实施为例,在实施基础上进行反思并提出建议与对策,从而提高高校图书馆的藏书建设水平,更好地为学校提供更优质的教学科研服务。The accumulation of paper books in university libraries leads to the shortage of library space and the decline of service level.Taking the implementation of collection weeding in the library of Wuzhou University as an example,this paper,revisiting the implementation of collection weeding,proposes suggestions and measures to improve the work of the book collection development of the university library,so as to provide better services for the teaching and research of the university.
