摘  要:为探究预消化蛋白(Predigested protein)对肉鸡生长性能、免疫性能和肠道形态学的影响,探讨应用预消化蛋白制备低蛋白日粮的可行性,将180只1日龄肉鸡分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复9只鸡,分别为对照组(普通玉米-豆粕型)、预消化蛋白组(5%预消化蛋白替代去皮豆粕)、低蛋白1组(预消化蛋白组降低0.5%蛋白)、低蛋白2组(预消化蛋白组降低1.0%蛋白)、低蛋白3组(预消化蛋白组降低1.5%蛋白)。试验期42 d,观察、检测各组肉鸡生长性能、肠道形态、免疫指标。结果显示:与对照组相比,1~21日龄预消化蛋白组的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),预消化蛋白组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);22~42日龄预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2组的平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05);22~42日龄预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2、3组的料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);1~42日龄预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2组的平均日采食量均显著降低(P<0.05),预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2组的平均日增重均显著升高(P<0.05);1~42日龄预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2组的料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2组和低蛋白3组的胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05);预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2、3组血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),低蛋白1、2、3组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);预消化蛋白组和低蛋白2组的十二指肠绒毛长度均显著升高(P<0.05);预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1、2、3组的隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05);预消化蛋白组、低蛋白1组的肠道绒毛长度/隐窝深度值显著升高(P<0.05),其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果证明:在饲粮或者有效降低日粮0.5%~1%粗蛋白水平的饲粮中添加5%预消化蛋白替代原配方中的去皮豆粕,可以提高肉鸡的生长性能和免疫性能,这说明在日粮中添加预消�The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pre digested protein on growth perfor⁃mance,immune performance and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens,and to explore the feasibility of preparing low protein diet with pre digested pro⁃tein.A total of 180 one day old broiler chickens were divided into five groups with four replicates in each group and nine chickens in each replicate.The diet composition was as follows:control group(corn soybean meal type),predigested protein group(5%predigested protein replaced shelled soybean meal),low protein group 1(predigested protein group reduced 0.5%protein),low protein group 2(pre digested protein group reduced 1.0%protein),and low protein group 3(1.5%protein was de⁃creased in the predigested protein group).The experiment lasted for 42 days.Growth performance,intesti⁃nal morphology,serum immunity and indexes of broiler chickens in each group were observed and detect⁃ed.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,the daily gain of pre digested protein group increased significantly from day 1 to day 21(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of pre digested pro⁃tein group decreased significantly(P<0.05);from day 22 to day 42,the daily feed intake of pre digested protein group,low protein 1 group and low protein 2 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the dai⁃ly gain increased significantly(P<0.05);the feed weight ratio of pre digested protein group,low protein 1 group,low protein 2 group and low protein 3 group decreased significantly at day 22 to day 42(P<0.05);from day 1 to day 42,the daily feed intake of pre digested protein group,low protein 1 group and low protein 2 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the daily gain of pre digested protein group,low protein 1 group,low protein 2 group and low protein 3 group increased significantly(P<0.05);the feed weight ratio of pre digested protein group,low protein 1 group and low protein 2 group decreased signifi⁃cantly from day 1 to day 42(P<0.05);the thymus index of pre digested pr
