摘　　要：丁酸梭菌(Clostridium butyricum)是近些年来研究较热的一种的严格厌氧菌,以产丁酸而得名。丁酸梭菌的特有代谢产物决定了其广泛的生物学功能,丁酸梭菌作为益生菌应用于人以及动物的保健、肠炎等疾病的预防及治疗等均有良好的效果。文章综述了丁酸梭菌的特性及其在塑造肠道微生态平衡、免疫调节及抗氧化等方面的突出功能,并总结了丁酸梭菌在畜禽应用中的一些研究。最后,提出了目前关于丁酸梭菌研究中存在的一些问题以及未来的研究方向,以期为丁酸梭菌制剂在保健、治疗疾病等方面开发应用提供参考。Clostridium butyricum(C.butyricum)is a kind of strict anaerobic bacteria that has been studied widely in recent years.It is famous for producing butyric acid and hydrogen.The unique metabolic products of C.butyricum determine its extensive biological functions.As a probiotic,Clos⁃tridium butyricum has good effects on the health care of humans and animals,the prevention and treat⁃ment of enteritis and other diseases.This article reviewed the characteristics of C.butyricum and its out⁃standing functions in shaping the intestinal microecology,immunoregulation and anti-oxidation,and sum⁃marized some researches on the application of C.butyricum in livestock and poultry.In the end,the chal⁃lenges existing in the research of C.butyricum were put forward,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of C.butyricum preparations in health care and disease treat⁃ment.
