摘 要:介绍国内外钢渣胶凝性激发的研究进展。钢渣作为一种固体废弃物品具有潜在的胶凝性质,可以通过多种手段激发其潜在活性,代替部分水泥。例如,采用机械外力将钢渣磨成细粉增大水化表面积,或者对其进行热力蒸压,能有效激发钢渣潜在的胶凝性。此外还可使用外加剂改善钢渣活性,常见的激发剂有碱性激活剂和酸性激活剂。钢渣混凝土目前已经从单一的激发方式发展到多种激发手段并用,激活后的钢渣具有良好的活性,可满足多种工程需求,钢渣混凝土有着广泛的应用前景。To introduce the research progress of cementitious excitation of steel slag in China and abroad.Steel slag as a kind of solid waste,has potential cementitious properties and can be stimulated by various means to replace part of cement。If the steel slag is ground into powder by external mechanical force to increase the hydration surface area,or thermal steam can effectively stimulate the potential cementitious properties of steel slag.In addition,the activity of steel slag can also be improved by using additives.The common activators are alkaline activator and acid activator.Steel slag concrete has developed from a single excitation to a variety of excitation means,activated steel slag has a good activity,can meet a variety of engineering needs,steel slag concrete has a wide application prospect.
