摘  要:为了解天津小麦茎基腐病的发生情况,本试验分别在天津市蓟州区、宝坻区、武清区、静海区和北辰区5个小麦主栽区采集茎基腐病害样品33份,分离真菌菌株204个。经致病性测定、形态学观察及对rDNA-ITS的分子检测,最终确定为5类病原菌,分别为小麦根腐离蠕孢(Bipolaris sorkiniana)、假禾谷镰刀菌(紫红色、黄色,Fusarium pseudograminearum)、燕麦镰刀菌(F.avenaceum)和木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti),优势菌株为假禾谷镰刀菌,占分离病原菌总数的74.5%。5类病原菌对8种杀菌剂的敏感性测定结果表明,咯菌腈、丙硫菌唑和咪鲜胺对蠕孢菌的抑制效果最好,咯菌腈、咪鲜胺和多菌灵对镰刀菌的抑制效果最好。To clarify the occurrence status of wheat crown rot in Tianjin,33 samples of wheat crown rot were collected from five main planting areas including Jizhou District,Baodi District,Wuqing District,Jinghai District and Beichen District.The results showed that 204 fungal strains were isolated.After pathogenicity determination,morphological observation and molecular detection to rDNA-ITS,they were finally determined as five kinds of pathogenic fungi,which were Bipolaris sorkeniana,Fusarium pseudograminearum(purplish red,yellow),F.avenaceum and F.equiseti.The dominant strain was F.graminearum accounting for 74.5%of the total isolated pathogens.The sensitivity of the five kinds of pathogens to eight fungicides showed that fludioxonil,prothioconazole and prochloraz had the best inhibitory effects on B.sorkiniana,and fludioxonil,prochloraz and carbendazim showed the best inhibitory activity against Fusarium strains.
