摘  要:“新医科”是新时代对医学教育发展提出的新要求,作为“新医科”建设的重点和核心要素,高校教师队伍建设面临着新的问题与挑战。面对新形势的发展需要,明晰高校教师队伍建设的困境与成因,探寻破解路径与优化策略,对于加强新医科人才培养和教师队伍建设具有重要的现实意义。新时代中国高校教师仍存在高校师德建设工作缺乏实效性、教师队伍结构合理性缺失、教师评价体制机制不健全等突出问题。基于此,文章提出了“新医科”背景下高校教师队伍建设的优化路径,并从“确立‘新医科’背景下教师发展新理念”“完善制度建设,提升教师发展的驱动力”“搭建平台,鼓励组建创新团队”三个方面介绍了“新医科”背景下高校教师队伍建设的新思路,以期为同行有所借鉴。“New Medicine” is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era. As the key and core element of the construction of “New Medicine”, faculty construction is faced with new problems and challenges. In the face of the development needs of the new situation, it is of great practical significance to clarify the difficulties and causes of faculty construction and explore the solutions and optimized strategies for strengthening the training of new medical talents and faculty construction. In the new era, prominent problems including lack of effectiveness in constructing teachers’ ethics, lack of rationality in the structure of faculty team as well as incomplete faculty evaluation system and mechanism still exist in the faculty team. Based on these problems, this paper puts forward the optimized path of faculty construction under the background of “New Medicine”, and introduces the new ideas of faculty construction from three aspects including “establishing the new thought of faculty development under the background of ‘New Medicine’”, “improving mechanism construction and promoting the driving force of faculty development” and “constructing platform and encouraging to build innovative team”, in order to provide reference to the peers.
