摘  要:目的探讨慕课联合CPPT教学模式在临床血液学教学中的可行性与应用价值。方法以武汉大学2018级临床医学五年制、“5+3”一体化和八年制医学生共172人为研究对象,随机选取138人组成试验组,余34人组成对照组。试验组采用慕课联合CPPT教学模式,对照组采用CPPT教学模式。课程结束后,通过理论考试和技能操作考核对两种教学模式的学习效果进行评价,由学生的理论成绩占比80%、技能操作成绩占比20%生成综合成绩,比较两组学生理论成绩、技能操作成绩和综合成绩,并分别比较试验组中完成全部慕课视频学习、完成全部随堂作业的学生与未完成学生的综合成绩。结果试验组学生理论考试成绩、技能操作考核成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中完成全部慕课视频学习的学生(n=83)综合成绩高于完成部分视频的学生(n=55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中完成全部随堂作业练习的学生(n=73)综合成绩高于完成部分作业的学生(n=65),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慕课联合CPPT教学模式在临床血液学教学中的应用提升了学生的理论成绩和临床操作技能,慕课视频与随堂作业完成度越高的学生其综合成绩越好,该混合式教学模式提高了教学质量和效果,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the feasibility and application value of MOOC combined with CPPT teaching mode in the teaching of Clinical Hematology.Methods 172 students from Wuhan University,including students from five-year program of clinical medicine in the Class of 2018,“5+3”integration program and eight-year medical program,were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(138 students)and control group(34 students).MOOC combined with CPPT teaching mode was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group,while CPPT teaching mode was used in the teaching of the control group.At the end of the course,learning effect of the two teaching modes was evaluated through theoretical examination and skill operation examination.The comprehensive scores were generated by 80%of the students'theoretical score and 20%of the skill operation score.The theoretical scores,skill operation scores and comprehensive scores of the students were compared.Besides,in the experimental group,students who completed all the MOOC video learning and assignments and those who didn't were also compared in terms of the comprehensive score.Results The theoretical scores,skill operation scores and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,students who completed all the MOOC video learning(n=83)had higher comprehensive scores than those who completed a part of the video learning(n=55),and the difference was of statistic significance(P<0.05).Students who completed all the assignment(n=73)obtained higher comprehensive scores than those who completed a part of the assignment(n=65),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MOOC com-bined with CPPT teaching mode in Clinical Hematology teaching improved students'theoretical scores and clinical operation skills.Students with higher completion of MOOC learning and assign-ments have better comprehensive scores
