天祝县牧区黑头萨福克与高山细毛羊杂交育肥试验研究  

Study on Fattening Experiment of Hybrid of Black Headed Suffolk and Alpine Fine Wool Sheep in Pastoral Area of Tianzhu County

摘　　要：本试验用黑头萨福克作为父本与天祝高山细毛羊母本进行人工干预杂交试验,观察杂交F_(1)代羔羊在高原牧区的适应性和育肥效果,对杂交的F_(1)代与天祝细毛羊纯繁所产后代作对照,其初生重、3月龄、5月龄体重等性状进行跟踪测定。结果显示在同一饲喂条件下,黑萨×甘细杂交F_(1)代初生体重平均4.58 kg,对照组平均3.41 kg,初生体重提高34.31%;3月龄杂交F_(1)代体重平均29.35 kg,对照组平均24.1 kg;5月龄杂交F_(1)代体重平均43.5 kg,对照组平均35.2 kg;试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可见,高原牧区引入杜波公羊与当地细毛羊杂交有较好的发展前景,可以更好地促进养羊业快速稳定发展。In this experiment,black headed Suffolk was used as male parent to carry out artificial intervention hybridization with female parent of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep to observe the adaptability and fattening effect of hybrid F_(1) lambs in plateau pastoral area.The F_(1) hybrid generation was compared with the postpartum generation of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool Sheep,and its birth weight,3-month-old and 5-month-old body weight were measured.The results showed that under the same feeding conditions,the average birth weight of hybrid F_(1) generation was 4.58 kg,the average birth weight of the control group was 3.41 kg,and the birth weight increased by 34.31%.The average body weight of 3-month-old hybrid F_(1) generation was 29.35 kg and that of the control group was 24.1 kg.The average body weight of 5-month-old hybrid F_(1) generation was 43.5 kg and that of the control group was 35.2 kg.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).It can be seen that the introduction of black headed Suffolk in plateau pastoral areas for hybridization with local fine wool sheep has a good development prospect,which can better promote the rapid and stable development of sheep industry.
