河西走廊紫花苜蓿干草不同喂量对泌乳前期奶牛生产性能的效应研究

摘  要:为了充分利用河西走廊优质紫花苜蓿资源,提高奶牛生产水平和经济效益。试验选取年龄、胎次、产奶量、生理状况等基本相同的荷斯坦奶牛40头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别在日粮中添加0 kg、10 kg、15 kg、20 kg紫花苜蓿干草,精料喂量相应减少0、10、15、20,进行紫花苜蓿干草不同喂量对泌乳前期奶牛产奶量、乳成分和经济效益的的试验研究。结果显示,试验Ⅰ组产奶量差异显著,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组产奶量差异极显著;各试验组乳成分差异不显著;牛奶体细胞与奶牛产量呈负相关。结果表明,河西走廊泌乳前期奶牛日粮中添加紫花苜蓿干草,可显著提高泌乳量,明显改善乳成分,尤其以每日添加15 kg紫花苜蓿干草代替精料的效益最优。In order to make full use of the high-quality alfalfa resources in Hexi Ccorridor and improve the production level and economic benefits of dairy cows,forty Holstein cows with the same age,parity,milk yield and physiological status were randomly divided into control group,experiment I,II and III groups.0kg,10kg,15kg and 20kg alfalfa hay were added to the diet respectively,and the concentrate feeding was reduced by 0,10%,15%and 20%.The effects of alfalfa hay on milk yield,milk composition and economic benefits of dairy cows in early lactation were studied.The results showed that there was significant difference in milk yield in group I,and there was significant difference in milk yield in groups II and III.There was no significant difference in milk composition among the test groups.There was a negative correlation between milk somatic cells and cow yield.The results showed that adding alfalfa hay to the diet of dairy cows in the early lactation stage of Hexi corridor could significantly improve the milk yield and milk composition,especially the benefit of adding 15kg alfalfa hay per day instead of concentrate was the best.
