牛繁殖能力研究前沿热点与趋势的可视化分析——基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace知识图谱分析

摘　　要：本文通过Web of Science核心合集数据库检索增强母牛繁殖能力的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件和VOSviewer version 1.6.10软件分析文献发文机构、地域、作者、关键词及引文节点信息,用可视化方法探讨牛繁殖能力领域的研究热点和发展趋势。结果表明,研究共筛选纳入3155篇外文文献,论文数量呈逐年上升趋势。欧洲和北美洲的国家是此项研究的领导者,研究机构的全球分布与国家相一致。来自爱尔兰都柏林大学的BERRY DP和LONERGAN P两位教授同时为高发文量和高影响力作者。ANIM REPROD SCI和J DAIRY SCI这两个期刊在牛繁殖能力研究领域较为权威。牛繁殖能力的研究热点主要集中在人工授精、能量摄入及产奶相关疾病、遗传相关性、公牛精子质量等方面,而遗传相关分子机制的研究和青春期小母牛的窦卵泡计数的研究是未来的研究热点和方向。In this paper,the relevant literature on enhancing cow reproductive ability is retrieved through the Web of Science core collection database.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software and VOSviewer version 1.6.10 software are used to analyze the information of document issuing organization,region,author,keywords and citation nodes,and explore the research hotspot and development trend in the field of cow reproductive ability by visual method.The results show that a total of 3155 foreign literatures are selected and included in the study,and the number of papers is increasing year by year.Countries in Europe and North America are the leaders of this research,and the global distribution of research institutions is consistent with that of countries.Professor BERRY DP and Professor LONERGAN P from University College Dublin in Ireland are both high volume and high impact authors.ANIM REPROD SCI and J DAIRY SCI are authoritative in the research field of bovine reproductive ability.The research hotspots of bovine reproductive ability mainly focus on artificial insemination,energy intake and milk production related diseases,genetic correlation,bull sperm quality,etc.The research on genetic related molecular mechanism and sinus follicle count of adolescent heifers are the research hotspots and directions in the future.
