橘皮散配合针术治疗高寒牧区马冷痛症

摘　　要：高寒牧区马冷痛症属多发、高发性疾病,若治疗不及时宜引起继发或并发症。橘皮散由桂心、厚朴、陈皮、青皮、白芷、当归、茴香、细辛、槟榔组成,温中散寒、解痉止痛,配合针术通经活络、止痛,治疗高寒牧区马骡冷痛效果良好。Cold pain of horse in alpine pastoral area is a kind of multiple and high incidence disease.If the treatment is not enough,it will cause secondary or complications.Jupi powder is composed of Guixin,Houpoea officinalis,Citrus Reticulata Blanco,Qingpi,Angelica Dahurica,Chinses Angelica,Foeniculi Fructus,AsariRadix Et Rhizoma and Arecae Semen.It can disperse cold and relieve spasmolysis and pain,and the effect of acupuncture and circulation,activating collaterals and pain relief is good for cold pain of mules in alpine pastoral areas.
