摘  要:由于电机运行条件的变化,使得其对应的信号也会出现波动,要实现准确监测,需要可靠的采集手段和传输方式,为此提出基于ARM嵌入式系统的电机多路信号监测及数据采集。利用高精度电压传感器和电流传感器实现对电机信号的采集,ARM处理器构建了无线网络连接机制,在传输控制协议/网际协议(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol,TCP/IP)的支撑下确保数据实现实时传输,以时间为基础建立电流和电压数据之间的匹配关系,实现对其异常的分析判断。测试结果表明,设计方法可以实现对电机数据的准确采集和有效监测。Due to the change of motor operating conditions,in order to monitor the motor accurately,it needs reliable means of acquisition and transmission.Therefore,a multi-channel motor signal monitoring and data acquisition based on ARM embedded system is proposed.The high-precision voltage and current sensors are used to collect motor signals,and the ARM processor constructs a wireless network connection mechanism to ensure real-time data transmission under the support of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP),based on time,the matching relation between current and voltage data is established to analyze and judge its anomalies.The test results show that the design method can realize the accurate collection and effective monitoring of the motor data.
