摘 要:在水库洪水调度过程中,由于沿河漂浮物过多、体积过大,常堆积在坝址处,导致机组进水口拦污栅压差超标,使机组出力减小,严重时可使机组强迫停机,拦污栅变形,损坏设备,极大影响电站效益。根据综合分析石泉水库闸门泄流曲线、机组进水口高程、水位和入库流量的多元关系,在适宜时段通过调整闸门和机组运行方式,使进吸附在拦污栅栅体的沉渣脱离拦污栅体,随洪水下排,降低进水口压差,增加机组运行水头,提高发电效益。During the flood dispatching process of the reservoir, due to the excessive amount of floating objects along the river and the large volume, they often accumulate at the dam site. It will cause the pressure difference of the trash rack at the water inlet of the unit to exceed the standard and reduce the output of the unit. In severe cases, the unit can be forced to shut down, the trash rack will be deformed, and the equipment will be damaged, which will greatly affect the efficiency of the power station. This paper comprehensively analyzes the multiple relationships among the Shiquan Reservoir gate discharge curve, unit inlet elevation, water level and inflow flow. By adjusting the gate and the operation mode of the unit at a suitable time, the sediment adsorbed on the trash rack can be separated from the trash rack and discharged with the flood. It reduces the pressure difference at the water inlet, increases the operating head of the unit, and improves the efficiency of power generation.
