基于知识图谱的书证目录知识发现研究——以南海书证目录为例

摘　　要：[研究目的]南海书证目录的知识图谱构建,有利于实现南海维权文献资料的知识关联,为南海疆权益主张提供快速有效的证据支撑,服务于国家安全。[研究方法]以《中国在南海的历史性权利及证据目录》作为主要的数据来源,并采集了部分百度百科的数据作为明确实体实例的补充。在对数据预处理基础上,基于规则模式进行实体抽取,细粒度挖掘文本内容,同时对从中出现的涉证岛礁同名异指和异名同指问题进行消歧。最后,基于Neo4j对南海书证目录知识图谱实现构建。[研究结论]从知识发现视角,对南海书证目录资料进行深层揭示,使其从数据层向知识层转化,最终以知识图谱方式呈现。[Research purpose] The construction of the knowledge map of the documentary evidence catalog in the South China Sea is conducive to the realization of the knowledge association of the rights protection literature in the South China Sea,providing fast and effective evidence support for the claims of rights and interests in the South China Sea,and serving the national security.[Research method] This study takes the Catalogue of China’s Historical Rights and Evidence in the South China Sea as the main data source,and collects some data from Baidu Encyclopedia as the supplement of clear entity examples.On the basis of data preprocessing,entity extraction based on rule pattern,fine-grained mining of text content,and disambiguation of the same name of the islands and reefs are carried out.Finally,based on neo4 j,the knowledge map of the South China Sea documentary evidence catalogue is constructed.[Research conclusion] From the perspective of knowledge discovery,the document evidence catalog in the South China Sea was deeply revealed,which was transformed from data layer to knowledge layer,and finally presented in the form of knowledge map.
