摘　　要：本文以46号汽轮机油泄漏突发水污染事件为例,根据现有的生态环境损害鉴定评估相关规定,开展了地表水环境状况和水生态服务功能调查,结果显示该事件造成了地表水环境损害,但通过应急处置后在较短时间内基本消除影响,未对下游的水生态服务功能造成明显的损害,不需要开展长期评估。Taking the No.46 turbine oil spill leakage accident in a place near river as an example,this paper based on the existing relevant regulations on ecological environment damage assessment,investigations on the water environment and the investigation of water ecosystem service function.The results show that the incident caused damage to the surface water environment,but the impact was basically eliminated in a relatively short period of time after emergency treatment,and no obvious damage was caused to the investigation of downstream water ecosystem service function,and long-term assessment was not required.
