摘　　要：作为新兴证据种类,各类电子数据在侦查、诉讼、审判等各个环节中发挥着日益重要的影响和作用。由于电子数据取证工具种类繁多,侦查机关需要根据实际情况使用取证工具提取和固定电子数据,但受制于取证工具的使用标准并没有明确规定可循,电子数据的证据力和法律效力也因此受到影响。电子数据取证工具标准化的发展目标,对于提高电子证据调查规范性,提高电子证据应用的有效性具有重要的实践意义。As a new type of evidence,all kinds of electronic data are playing an increasingly important role in the investigation,lawsuit,trial and other links.Due to the wide variety of electronic data forensics tools,investigation agencies need to use forensics tools to extract and fix electronic data according to the actual situation,but there is no clear standard for the use of forensics tools to follow,so the evidentiary force and legal effect of electronic data are affected.The development goal of standardization of electronic data forensics tools is of great practical significance to improve the standardization of electronic evidence investigation and the effectiveness of electronic evidence application.
