摘　　要：随着新冠疫情的扩散,各国间的刑事司法合作正受到越来越多的影响,引渡、司法协助和被判刑人移交请求等事项的处理被大量拖延。回顾疫情发生以来,欧盟在嫌疑人的逮捕移交引渡、调查取证合作以及资产追回等方面的刑事司法合作情况,可以发现欧盟成员国的防疫措施对域内刑事司法合作的影响较为有限,但相关措施的执行会直接或间接地给欧盟刑事司法合作带来诸多不确定性。With the spread of COVID-19,criminal justice cooperation among countries is increasingly being affected,with a lot of delays in the processing of extradition,judicial assistance and transfer requests for sentenced persons.A review of different forms of judicial cooperation in EU criminal cases since the outbreak,including various aspects such as the arrest transfer of suspects for extradition,cooperation in investigation and evidence collection,and asset recovery,shows that the impact of EU member states’anti-epidemic measures on intra-territorial criminal judicial cooperation is limited,but these measures can directly or indirectly cause many uncertainties in intra-territorial criminal judicial cooperation.
