浅谈医院传染病报告卡管理中的问题及对策

摘　　要：可于人群间或人与动物间相互传播并形成广泛流行的疾病,即为传染病。该病由各种病原体引致,具有较高传染性与流行性。我国作为人口大国,当出现传染病时,若未给予及时有效处理,极易造成传染病传播、流行或者造成其他严重后果,威胁公共安全,造成巨大损失。此时,传染病报告卡的存在则具有重要意义,其是传染病防控工作中的一种重要依据,它与了解疾病发病情况、制定相关防控措施以及判断防控措施的实施效果都具有密切联系。报告卡填写信息的准确程度、规范程度以及详细程度都将直接对防控工作起到影响作用。即便如此,传染病报告工作仍旧是传染病防治管理内容中最薄弱的环节,人们的重视度不够,使传染病报告卡的质量及其有效性严重降低,为传染病防治工作带来巨大阻碍。为改善这一现象,这就要求相关管理人员就传染病报告卡存在的问题予以具体分析,并制定相应改进策略,以提升传染病控制力度,增强管理效果。Infectious diseases can spread among people or between people and animals and form a widespread disease. The disease is caused by various pathogens and is highly infectious and epidemic.As a country with a large population, if infectious diseases are not dealt with timely and effectively, it will easily lead to the spread and prevalence of infectious diseases or other serious consequences, threaten public security and cause huge losses. At this time, the existence of infectious disease report card is of great significance. It is an important basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. It is closely related to understanding the incidence of diseases, formulating relevant prevention and control measures and judging the implementation effect of prevention and control measures. The accuracy, standardization and detail of the information filled in the report card will directly affect the prevention and control work. Even so, the report of infectious diseases is still the weakest link in the management of infectious diseases prevention and control. People’s attention is not enough,which seriously reduces the quality and effectiveness of the report card of infectious diseases, and brings great obstacles to the prevention and control of infectious diseases. In order to improve this phenomenon, the relevant management personnel are required to analyze the problems existing in the report card of infectious diseases, and formulate corresponding improvement strategies, so as to enhance the control of infectious diseases and enhance the effect of epidemic management.
