血浆D-二聚体早期诊断急性肠系膜缺血性疾病的价值研究

摘　　要：目的评判血浆D-二聚体项目指标实行于急性肠系膜缺血性疾病患者早期诊断过程中的诊断意义。方法该文报告中将2018年4月—2020年9月广州新市医院急诊科予以诊断的31例急性肠系膜缺血性疾病患者纳入试验组具体评估资料,并将同时间段接受健康检查的31例健康体检人员纳入参照组具体评估资料,两个组别都予以血浆D-二聚体项目指标测定,统计各个组别不同时间血浆D-二聚体项目指标检测所得数值,对比临床具体诊断结果和血浆D-二聚体项目指标检测具体结果。结果试验组入院第1 d、入院第7 d、入院第10 d血浆D-二聚体项目指标检测所得数值对比参照组体检当天对应结果情况升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组入院第7 d、入院第10 d血浆D-二聚体项目指标检测所得数值对比本组入院第1 d对应结果情况降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组入院第10 d血浆D-二聚体项目指标检测所得数值对比本组入院第7 d对应结果情况降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将临床具体诊断结果用作评估标准,血浆D-二聚体项目指标对于早期判断急性肠系膜缺血性疾病的诊断敏感性是77.42%。结论对急性肠系膜缺血性疾病患者检测血浆D-二聚体项目指标存在较高诊断敏感性,可协助急性肠系膜缺血性疾病早期诊断。Objective To evaluate the significance of plasma D-dimer in the early diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease.Methods A total of 31 patients with acute mesenteric ischemic disease diagnosed in the emergency department of Guangzhou New City Hospital from April 2018 to September 2020 were included in the specific evaluation data of the experimental group,and 31 health examination personnel who received health examination at the same time period were included in the specific evaluation data of the reference group.The plasma D-dimer project indicators were measured in both groups,and the statistics of each group was conducted.The clinical diagnosis results and plasma D-dimer test results were compared.Results The plasma D-dimer item index values of the test group on the 1st,7th,and 10th days of admission were higher than those of the reference group on the day of physical examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the plasma value obtained from the D-dimer item index test of the test group on the 7th and 10th days of admission was lower than the corresponding result on the 1st day of admission in this group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The value obtained from the plasma D-dimer item index test on the 10th day of admission in the test group was lower compared with the corresponding result on the 7th day of admission,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the specific clinical diagnosis results were used as the evaluation criteria,and the diagnostic sensitivity of plasma D-dimer index for early diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease was 77.42%.Conclusion The detection of plasma D-dimer index in patients with acute mesenteric ischemic disease has high diagnostic sensitivity,which can assist in the early diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease.
