专病护理管理在门诊小儿包皮环切手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析专病护理管理在门诊小儿包皮环切手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年11月—2021年2月在医院门诊行包皮环切术治疗的患儿92例,随机分为对照组(n=46,常规门诊手术护理)和观察组(n=46,专病护理管理)。比较患儿家长护理知识掌握率、患儿并发症发生率、康复时间及满意度。结果 观察组患儿家长的手术护理知识掌握率95.65%高于对照组76.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.256,P <0.05);观察组患儿的术区水肿、切口开裂、龟头嵌顿、感染等发生率2.17%低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.035,P <0.05);观察组患儿的术后水肿消退时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿的家长护理满意度97.83%高于对照组76.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.583,P <0.05)。结论 专病护理管理能够提高门诊小儿包皮环切术的护理质量,提高患儿家长的护理知识掌握率,控制患儿的并发症发生率,缩短患儿的术后康复时间,获得了高度认可。Objective To analyze the application effect of special disease nursing management in pediatric circumcision. Methods A total of 92 children who underwent circumcision in hospital outpatient clinics from November 2018 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46, routine outpatient surgical care) and observation group(n=46, special disease care management). The parental nursing knowledge mastery rate, complication rate, recovery time and satisfaction of children were compared. Results The mastery rate of surgical nursing knowledge of the parents of the observation group was 95.65% higher than that of the control group 76.09%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.256, P < 0.05). The incidence rate of surgical area edema, incision dehiscence, glans incarceration, infection was 2.17% lower than that of the control group(17.39%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.035, P < 0.05). The postoperative edema subsidence time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the nursing satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was 97.83% higher than that in the control group, 76.09%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.583, P < 0.05). Conclusion Special disease nursing management can improve the nursing quality, improve the mastery rate of nursing knowledge, control the incidence of complications, and shorten the postoperative recovery time, has highly recognized.
