摘 要:本研究采用HPLC法建立了一种测定20%氟唑菌酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,试验选择C_(18)柱和紫外可变波长检测器,流动相选择乙腈-0.1%乙酸水(70∶30,V/V),利用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。测得氟唑菌酰胺、肟菌酯相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.999,标准偏差分别为0.040%、0.030%,变异系数为0.39%、0.30%,平均回收率为100.60%、100.14%。该方法的精密度和准确度都比较高,线性相关性好,可用于20%氟唑菌酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂的定量分析。This study aimed to establish an analytical method for the determination of the active constituents in fluxapyroxad·trifloxystrobin 20%suspension by HPLC.C_(18) column and ultraviolet detector were applied to test variable wavelength,acetonitrile-0.1%acetic acid(70∶30,V/V)was used as the mobile phase,and the effective components were analyzed and quantified by external standard method.The linear coefficients of fluxapyroxad and trifloxystrobin were all greater than 0.999.The standard deviations were 0.040%and 0.030%,the coefficient of variation were 0.39%and 0.30%,and the average recoveries were 100.60%and 100.14%,respectively.The method had high precision and accuracy,good linear correlation,which could be used for the quantitative analysis of fluxapyroxad·trifloxystrobin 20%suspension.
