金水宝片联合信必可都保治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨金水宝片联合信必可都保(布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年5月在三台县人民医院诊治的90例COP D稳定期患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上增加金水宝片联合信必可都保治疗。两组治疗24周后,比较两组患者肺功能指标、6 min步行试验(6-minute walk test,6MWT)、COPD评估测试(COPD assessment test,CAT)、急性加重次数。结果:治疗后,两组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值百分比、FEV1占用力肺活量的百分比、6MWT,与治疗前比较明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05),且上述指标观察组高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,患者的CAT评分、急性加重次数,与治疗前比较明显减少,差异显著(P<0.05),且上述指标观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金水宝片联合信必可都保对COPD稳定期患者的治疗效果显著,可以明显改善患者肺功能,提高运动耐力,减少急性加重次数。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinshuibao Tablet combined with Budesonide/formoterol powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods A total of 90 patients with stable COPD were selected from September 2020 to May 2021 in Santai County People’s Hospital.Through the random number table method,they were randomly assigned into the control group and the observation group,45 cases per group.The control group was received regular treatment,and the observation group was given Jinshuibao Tablet combined with Budesonide/formoterol powder on the basis of conventional treatment.After 24 weeks of treatment,Pulmonary function indexes,6-minute Walk test(6MWT),COPD Assessment Test(CAT)and the number of acute exacerbations were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the percentage of FEV1 in expected value,the percentage of FEV1 in forced vital capacity and 6MWT in observation group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above data were obviously higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,CAT score and acute exacerbation times of observation group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes were significantly lower than the control group,the different data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinshuibao Tablet combined with Budesonide/formoterol powder has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with stable COPD,which can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients,improve exercise endurance,and reduce the number of acute exacerbations.
