摘 要:以广州市南沙区某综合管廊项目为依托,解决大断面矩形顶管直接下穿高速公路宜引起路面过渡沉降影响行车安全的问题。通过采用科学的工艺工法、先进的成桩设备、严谨参数控制和监测手段,使超长水平MJS工法桩成功实施。施工过程及工后沉降数据表明,超过100 m的水平MJS工法桩加固效果明显、技术先进,纠偏方式科学可控、没有桩体侵入顶管净空,可为同类工程提供参考。Based on a comprehensive pipeline corridor project in Nansha District,Guangzhou City,the problem of transitional settlement of the road surface caused by the large section of rectangular pipe jacking directly under the highway affects the safety of traffic is solved.By adopting scientific process method,advanced piling equipment,rigorous parameter control and monitoring means,the ultra-long horizontal MJS method pile was successfully implemented.The construction process and post-work settlement data show that the horizontal MJS method piles over 100 m have obvious reinforcement effect,advanced technology,scientific and controllable correction method,and no pile intrusion into the headspace,which can provide reference for similar projects.
