摘  要:某轨道交通枢纽,其大跨度站厅的各层梁板为混凝土结构(其中地下室顶板是劲性混凝土梁),与之相连的则是钢柱。钢柱和混凝土梁节点之中,由于钢筋密集,出于连接施工操作和质量的考虑,混凝土梁内纵筋不与柱内型钢直接焊接,而是采用了在柱型钢翼缘上焊接转换套筒的方法,梁钢纵筋直接拧入套筒中,解决了钢筋与劲性钢结构之间可靠连接的技术问题。工程还具有深基坑工程的各种特征,既加大了各项关键技术的实施难度,对类似工程也有较典型的指导意义。In a rail transit hub,the beams and slabs on each floor of a long-span station hall are of concrete structure(in which the roof of the basement is a rigid concrete beam),and the steel columns are connected with it.In the joint of steel column and concrete beam,the longitudinal bar in concrete beam is not welded directly to the section steel in column,but is welded to the transfer sleeve on the flange of column section steel because of the dense reinforcement and the consideration of construction operation and quality,the beam steel longitudinal bar is screwed directly into the sleeve to solve the technical problem of reliable connection between the steel bar and the rigid steel structure.This project also has the deep foundation pit engineering each kind of characteristic,not only increased each key technique implementation difficulty,also has the more typical instruction significance to the similar project.
