摘  要:研究还原氧化石墨烯整理聚甲醛织物的防静电性能。将还原氧化石墨烯负载到聚甲醛织物上形成导电层,并在其上包覆PAA-PAM亲水性树脂封膜层。分析了聚甲醛织物、还原氧化石墨烯整理聚甲醛织物和双功能层聚甲醛织物的表面形态、化学结构、热学性能;改变浸轧次数,探讨了还原氧化石墨烯负载量对织物防静电性能的影响,并对比了3种聚甲醛织物20次水洗前后的表面电阻率。结果表明:双功能层聚甲醛织物的表面电阻率为4.37×10^(9)Ω,远低于聚甲醛织物的3.64×10^(13)Ω,并且经过20次水洗后表面电阻率无明显上升。认为:双功能层聚甲醛织物具有良好的防静电性。Antistatic property of polyformaldehyde fabric modified by reduced graphene oxide was studied.Reduced graphene oxide was loaded on polyformaldehyde fabric to form conductive layer.Then it was covered by PAA-PAM hydrophilic resin sealing membrane layer.Surface morphology,chemical structure and thermal property of polyformaldehyde fabric,polyformaldehyde fabric modified by reduced graphene oxide and polyformaldehyde fabric with double functional layers were analyzed.By changing the padding time,the influence of reduced graphene oxide load amount on the fabric antistatic property was discussed.Surface resistivity of the three kinds of polyformaldehyde fabrics after 20 times of washing were compared.The results showed that the surface resistivity of polyformaldehyde fabric with double functional layers was 4.37×10^(9)Ωwhich was much lower than 3.64×10^(13)Ωof polyformaldehyde fabric.Moreover,after 20 times washing,the surface resistivity was not obvious increased.It is considered that antistatic property of the polyformaldehyde fabric with double functional layers are better.
