摘 要:探讨两种多酸基棉织物的防紫外线与热稳定性。用柠檬酸和次亚磷酸钠的混合溶液对棉织物进行改性,再在改性棉织物上原位生长多钒酸盐、多钨酸盐基金属-有机框架,得到了多钒酸盐基棉织物和多钨酸盐基金属-有机框架基棉织物。测试了两种多酸基棉织物的防紫外线和热稳定性。结果表明:两种多酸基棉织物的紫外线防护系数均由原棉织物的8.56提高到了100+,UVA和UVB透过率均降至5%以下;经800℃热分解,多钒酸盐基棉织物和多钨酸盐基金属-有机框架基棉织物的残炭率从原棉织物的13.98%分别上升到47.50%和36.97%。认为:制备的两种多酸基棉织物均具有优异的防紫外线性能和较好的热稳定性能。Ultraviolet-proof versistance and thermal stability of two polyoxometalate-based cotton fabrics were discussed.The mixed solution of citric acid and sodium hypophosphite was used to modify the cotton fabric.The insitu growth of polyvanadate,polytungstate base metal-organic framework was performed in modified cotton fabric.Polyvanadate base cotton fabric and polytungstate base metal-organic framework base cotton fabric were obtained.The ultraviolet-proof base and thermal property of the two kinds of cotton fabrics were tested.The results showed that the ultraviolet protection factor of the two cotton fabrics were both increased from original cotton fabric of 8.56to 100+.The UVA and UVB transmittance were both decreased lower than 5%.After 800 ℃ thermal decomposition,the residual carbon rate of polyvanadate base cotton fabric and polytungstate base metal-organic framework base cotton fabric were increased from 13.98% of original cotton fabric to 47.50% and 36.97%.It is considered that ultraviolet-proof resistance and better thermal stability of the two kinds of cotton fabrics are excellent.
