含氟拒水拒油整理剂对织物服用性能的影响

摘　　要：研究拒水拒油整理涤棉混纺织物的性能。采用含氟拒水拒油整理剂FG-921对涤棉混纺织物进行整理,通过浸轧和烘干处理将整理剂与织物相结合。分析了整理后涤棉混纺织物的拒水拒油性能、断裂强力、透气性和悬垂性。结果表明:在其他影响因素一定的条件下,整理剂FG-921浓度越高、轧余率为63%~68%时,涤棉混纺织物具有较好的拒水拒油效果;整理剂FG-921浓度越高、轧余率越大时,织物透气性越差,悬垂性越差,断裂强力越大。认为:对织物进行功能性整理的同时应兼顾其基本性能。Property of water and oil repellent finished polyester cotton blended fabric were studied.FG-921fluorine-containing water and oil repellent finishing agent was used for the finishing of polyester cotton blended fabric.After padding and drying treatment,the finishing agent and fabric were combined.Water and oil repellent property,breaking strength,air permeability and drapability of the finished polyester cotton blended fabric were analyzed.The test results showed that the fabric water and oil repellent effect was better as the concentration of FG-921 finishing agent was higher and the water rentention was 63%~68% when other influencing factors were defined.As the increase of FG-921 finishing agent concentration and water rentention,the fabric air permeability and drapability were worse but the breaking strength was higher.It is considered that functional finishing of fabric should balance the other property at the same time.
