摘 要:探讨电Fenton法制备工业大麻纤维的可纺性。采用电Fenton氧化技术对工业大麻进行处理,以残胶率、纤维直径、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、白度及纤维长度为指标,分析了不同种类的阴极材料及施加电压的脱胶效果,并与棉混纺了40 tex纱。结果表明:以泡沫镍为阴极材料且施加电压为15 V时,工业大麻纤维脱胶效果最好;该工艺下脱胶纤维残胶率为4.77%,断裂强力为41.79 cN,断裂伸长率为42.32%,直径为15.432μm,白度为25.70%,纤维长度为5.82 cm;工业大麻/棉50/50 40 tex混纺纱断裂强度达到7.1 cN/tex。认为:电Fenton法具有较好的氧化性,制得的工业大麻纤维具有一定的可纺性。Spinnability of industrial hemp fiber prepared by electro Fenton method was discussed.Electro Fenton oxidation technology was used to treat industrial hemp.Residual gum content,fiber diameter,breaking strength,breaking elongation,whiteness and fiber length were taken as the indexes.The degumming effect of different kinds of cathode materials and applied voltages were analyzed.And it was blended with cotton fiber to spin40 tex yarn.The test results showed that the degumming effect was the best when foamed nickel was used as cathode material and the applied voltage was 15 V.Under the above process,residual gum content of the degummed fiber was4.77%.The breaking strength was 41.79 cN,the breaking elongation was 42.32%,the diameter was 15.432 μm,the whiteness was 25.70% and the fiber length was 5.82 cm.The breaking tenacity of industrial hemp/cotton 50/5040 tex blended yarn was reached 7.1 cN/tex.It is considered that the oxidation of electro Fenton method is better.The obtained industrial hemp fiber has certain spinnability.
