并粗工序重定量工艺的优化试验

摘  要:探讨并粗工序重定量工艺的优化试验。通过调整并条机头道并合数和牵伸倍数,将熟条干定量由20.5 g/5 m增加到23.5 g/5 m;通过调整粗纱的牵伸倍数,粗纱干定量由6.4 g/10 m增加到6.9 g/10 m、7.4 g/10 m和7.8 g/10 m。分别进行JC 18.4 tex集聚纱、JC 14.6 tex集聚纱、JC 28 tex集聚纱的纺纱质量对比分析,得到了合适的并条工艺优化方案和并粗半成品定量。认为:工艺试验得出的并粗重定量工艺方案,提高了并粗工序产能,有利于降低吨纱成本。Optimizing experiment of heavy weight per unit in drawing and roving process was discussed.By adjusting doubling number and drafting multiple,weight per unit of drawing sliver was increased from 20.5 g/5 m to23.5 g/5 m.By adjusting drafting multiple of the roving,dry roving weight per unit was increased respectively from6.4 g/10 m to 6.9 g/10 m,7.4 g/10 m and 7.8 g/10 m.Spinning quality of JC 18.4 tex condensed yarn,JC 14.6 tex condensed yarn and JC 28 tex condensed yarn were compared and analyzed respectively,suitable drawing process optimization scheme and drawing & roving semi-finished products weight per unit were obtained.It is considered that the heavy weight per unit in drawing and roving scheme through process experiment is helpful to increase the production capacity and reduce cost of yarn per ton.
