摘 要:探讨在传统棉纺设备上开发绢丝纱的工艺。对比分析了脱胶绢丝纤维与未脱胶绢丝纤维的性能指标。针对未脱胶绢丝纤维可纺性差的特点,通过采取原料养生预处理、优化纺纱关键工艺和纺专器材、控制车间温湿度,在传统棉纺设备上成功开发出了绢丝14.6 tex纱。测试结果表明:成纱条干CV值17.66%,-50%细节51个/km,+50%粗节102个/km,+200%棉结266个/km。认为:开发的绢丝14.6 tex纱线质量指标较好,能够满足用户的使用要求。Process of developing spun silk yarn on traditional cotton spinning equipment was discussed.Property indexes of degummed spun silk fiber and undegummed spun silk fiber were compared and analyzed.In view of worse spinnability of undegummed spun silk fiber,spun silk 14.6 tex yarn was successfully developed on traditional cotton spinning equipment by adopting raw material pretreatment,optimizing key spinning processes and spinning devices,controlling temperature & humidity in workshop.The test results showed that CV value of yarn evenness was 17.66%,-50% thin places were 51 per kelometer,+50% thick places were 102 per kelometer,+200% neps were 266 per kelometer.It is considered that the quality index of the developed spun silk 14.6 tex yarn is better and can meet users requirements.
