摘 要:总结实现织物吸湿速干功能的相关技术。分别梳理了基于纤维材料和基于纺、织、染整技术实现织物吸湿速干功能的技术,包括采用改性化学纤维、特殊的纺纱技术、织物组织、染整技术等。介绍了各相关技术的研发进展和代表产品。结合企业实践,介绍了吸湿速干面料的实际研发案例和功能效果。指出:吸湿速干织物研发需要融合材料创新、技术研发及产品设计多个领域的成果。认为:各项吸湿速干技术应根据市场定位或产品设计要求组合搭配应用。Related technology of realizing moisture absorption and quick drying functional fabric were summarized.Technology based on fiber material and spinning & weaving & dyeing & finishing technology to realize moisture absorption and quick drying function of fabric were respectively summarized,including use of modified chemical fibers,special spinning technology,fabric weave,dyeing and finishing technology.The research &development progress and representative products of each related technology were introduced.Combined with enterprise practice,actual research & development case and functional effect of moisture absorbing and quick drying fabrics were introduced.It was pointed out that the research & development of moisture absorbing and quick drying fabrics required integration of achievements in various fields,including material innovation,technology research and development and product design.It is considered that each moisture absorbing and quick drying technology should be combined and applied according to market positioning or product design requirement.
