复方中药提取物对凌云乌鸡产蛋性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究复方中药提取物对凌云乌鸡产蛋性能的影响,试验随机选取40周龄、体况一致的健康凌云乌鸡1 200只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,进行为期5周的饲养试验。对照组全程饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在正试期饲喂基础饲粮+复方中药提取物500 mg·kg^(-1),测定试验鸡的产蛋性能。结果表明:试验组蛋鸡产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不合格蛋数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明该复方中药提取物能显著提高凌云乌鸡的产蛋性能。In order to study the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine extract on laying performance of Lingyun Silky Fowls, 1 200 healthy Lingyun Silky Fowls aged 40 weeks and in the same physical condition were randomly divided into two groups with the three repetitions in each group for a 5-week feeding test, in which the pre-test period was 1 week and the pilot period was four weeks. The control group was fed with basic diet at the whole process, while test group was fed with basic diets added compound traditional Chinese medicine extract 500 mg·kg^(-1)for four weeks. The results showed that the laying rate of test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the number of unqualified eggs were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). It showed that the compound Chinese medicine extract could significantly improve laying performance of Lingyun Silky Fowl.
