摘 要:温度不仅与环境中的湿度协同起来对鸡生长发育起到重要作用,而且还由鸡舍的通风条件来控制,做好温度调节工作对鸡群的生长发育非常有利。温度作为动物生存的重要条件,与动物的生理活动、消化代谢、生殖行为等息息相关。鸡作为被毛动物,其对温热环境的反应更加敏感。下丘脑作为中枢神经系统,可以接受外界环境的信号,控制机体做出适当的反应,从而影响鸡的生产性能。文章就温度对肉鸡采食行为的调控机制进行综述,以期为科学控制鸡的生产环境提供依据。Temperature not only cooperates with the humidity in the environment to play an important role in the growth and development of chickens, but also is controlled by the ventilation conditions of the chicken coops.Therefore, appropriate temprature regulation is very beneficial to the growth and development of the chickens. As an important condition for animal survival, temperature is closely related to the physiological activities, digestion and metabolism, and reproductive behavior of animals. As a coated animal, chickens are more sensitive to the warm environment. As the central nervous system, the hypothalamus can receive signals from the external environment and control the body to make appropriate responses, thereby affecting the performance of chickens. The regulation mechanism of temperature on broiler feeding behavior was reviewed, and a scientific basis for scientifically controlling the production environment of chickens was provided.
