摘 要:近年来,随着高层建筑不断兴建,建筑日照问题尤为突出。日照标准的实施依赖于参数的确定,该文通过对凸窗、转角窗以及阳台的不同日照基准点的计算结果的比较分析,提出了优化方案,使日照计算结果与客观实际的日照时间相符。同时对基准点三种常见取值方式进行模拟,分析其各自特点,并提出合理的选择方式,为保障建筑相邻关系和贯彻实施建筑日照标准提供一定的参考。As high-rise buildings have been built in recent years,the building sunshine problem is particularly prominent.The implementation of sunshine standard depends on the determination of parameters.By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of different sunshine reference points of bay window,corner window and balcony,we put forward an optimization scheme to make the calculated results of sunshine accord with the objective and actual sunshine time.At the same time,we simulate three common ways to analyze their respective characteristics,and put forward reasonable selection methods,so as to provide certain reference for ensuring the building adjacent relationship and implemeningt the building sunshine standard.
