摘　　要：随着城乡交错带的不断扩大以及部分乡村低水平、快速化的建设,城郊型乡村面临物质空间瓦解与文化空心化的双重问题。该文在实地调研及工作路径探索的基础上,基于文化基因的发掘,以旧居遗存、建筑风格、民风民俗、时代印迹等切入,从人文精神和物质空间两个层面总结了城郊型美丽乡村营建策略,并以文化底蕴深厚的沈家大湾为例进行案例分析,探索具有可持续地域文化内涵发展的城郊型乡村更新方式。实践证明以文化重塑为切入点进行城郊型美丽乡村环境更新建设对于当下乡村全面振兴具有重要意义。With the continuous expansion of urban-rural interlace and the low-level and rapid construction of some villages,suburban villages are facing the dual problems of disintegration of material space and hollowing out of culture.Based on field research and work path exploration,taking the relics of old houses,architectural styles,folk customs and times as the starting point,we summarize the construction strategy of suburban beautiful villages from two levels of humanistic spirit and material space.Taking Shenjia Village,which has a profound cultural heritage,as an example,we explore a suburban rural renewal method.The practice proves that the renewal and construction of the beautiful suburban rural environment with cultural remodeling as the starting point is of great significance to the current overall revitalization of the rural area.
