摘　　要：前置胎盘是产科常见的并发症,其病因学的研究尚不明确。大量的研究显示,高龄产妇、剖宫产史、多胎妊娠、医学辅助生殖、宫腔操作史等可增加其发生的危险性。近年来前置胎盘的发生率有持续上升的趋势,逐渐成为临床医生关注的重点,其发生是妊娠晚期出血的主要原因之一,如果处理不及时可严重威胁母婴生命安全。因此,明确诊断、科学治疗对减少母婴不良结局的发生有着重要意义。本文旨在归纳总结前置胎盘的病因、诊断及治疗的研究新进展,为临床医师提供诊断及治疗前置胎盘的依据,以减少产妇和新生儿的病死率。Placenta previa is a common complication in obstetrics,and its etiology is not clear.A large number of studies show that advanced age pregnant women,history of cesarean section,multiple pregnancy,medical assisted reproduction,and history of uterine cavity operation can increase its risk.In recent years,the incidence of placenta previa has continued to rise,and has gradually become the focus of clinicians.Its occurrence is one of the main causes of bleeding in late pregnancy.If it is not handled in time,it can seriously threaten the life safety of mothers and infants.Therefore,clear diagnosis and scientific treatment are of great significance to reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes of mothers and infants.This paper aims to summarize the new research progress in the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment of placenta previa,so as to provide clinicians with the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa,and to reduce the maternal and neonatal mortalities.
