摘  要:针对甲基磺酸(MSA)体系电镀锡板表面的白斑缺陷,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对比了正常位置和缺陷位置基体的微观结构及镀层的表面形貌和元素组成,并在生产线上进行了故障再现试验。结果表明,白斑同时出现在样板两面的相同位置,并呈面对称。白斑产生的根本原因是软熔前钢板表面附着水滴,导致对应部位温度偏低而软熔失败。加强助熔槽和钝化槽盖子的密封性以及在软熔前设置挡水板后解决了问题。Aiming at the white spots appeared on the surface of tinplate electroplated from methanesulfonic acid(MSA)electrolyte,the microstructure of substrate as well as surface morphology and elemental composition of tin coating at normal and defective areas were compared through optical microscopy,scanning electronic microscopy,and energy-dispersive spectroscopy.The test for reproduction of the defect was carried out on production line.The results showed that the white spots appeared symmetrically at the same position on both sides of the tinplate.The temperatures at the defective areas during the reflowing process were not high enough due to the attachment of water droplets to the surface of steel sheet before the reflowing phase.The problem was solved by improving the tightness of the covers for fluxing tank and passivating tank and by installing a baffle to prevent the water from dripping on the steel sheet surface before the reflowing phase.
