摘　　要：文章以化工企业承包商管理实例为基础,结合承包商日常作业、检修作业的特点,对化工企业承包商作业过程经常出现的风险和隐患进行分析,并提出详细的解决措施。从承包商招投标采购、资质、人员资料审查、作业管理、表现评价等方面介绍了承包商日常风险管控的基本内容,进而提出了重点承包商风险管控措施落实的思路和具体方法。Based on the example of contractor management in chemical enterprise,combined with the characteristics of contractor’s daily operation and maintenance operation,the risks and hidden dangers frequently appeared in the process of contractor’s operation in chemical enterprise are analyzed,and the detailed solutions are put forward.The author discusses the basic contents of contractor’s daily risk control from the aspects of contractor’s bidding and procurement,qualif ication,personnel information review,operation management,performance evaluation and so on.Then it discusses the ideas and concrete methods of implementing risk control measures for key contractors.
