炼油厂火灾爆炸危险性及防火对策

摘　　要：一般化工园的化工企业数量较多,是化工产业的聚集地,各类化工企业一应俱全,涵盖石油化工、精细化工等生产工艺,危化品储存种类、数量规模庞大。为了减少炼油厂火灾爆炸事故发生,文章首先介绍了炼油厂的生产工艺特点,分析了炼油厂的火灾爆炸危险性,最后提出通过控制明火、控制高热物和高温表面等防止火灾爆炸事故的预防措施。There are a large number of chemical enterprises in the general chemical park,which is the gathering place of the chemical industry.All kinds of chemical enterprises are available,covering petrochemical,f ine chemical and other production processes.The storage types,quantity and scale of hazardous chemicals are huge.In order to reduce the occurrence of f ire and explosion accidents in the ref inery,this paper f irst introduces the production process characteristics of the ref inery,analyzes the f ire and explosion risk of the ref inery,and f inally puts forward the preventive measures to prevent f ire and explosion accidents by controlling open f ire,high heat and high temperature surface.
