摘　　要：注水泵是石油天然气工业开采生产中应用较为普遍的一种机械设备,尤其是在石油石化行业中应用更为广泛。注水泵作为生产污水回注系统中众多设备当中最为核心的关键设备,其对经处理合格之后的生产污水回注效果起着举足轻重的作用。然而,在生产实践污水回注过程中,常常出现注水泵运转时震动过大的现象,这样导致设备维修人员频繁维修拆泵,并更换机械零部件。不仅增加了设备维修人员的工作量,而且造成了运营成本增加,倘若检修不及时到位,势必造成生产污水回注系统停运,进一步导致停产。文章从注水泵震动过大的原因进行全面剖析,并结合生产工艺现状提出了改造措施,经改造之后,获得了满意的预期效果,赢得了高度评价。Water injection pump is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in oil and gas production practice,especially in petroleum and petrochemical industry.Water injection pump as the most core of many equipment in the production sewage reinjection system,it plays a pivotal role in the production sewage reinjection effect after qualif ied treatment.However,in the process of sewage reinjection in production practice,the phenomenon of excessive vibration of water injection pump during operation often appears,which leads to frequent maintenance,disassembly and replacement of mechanical parts by equipment maintenance personnel.It not only increases the workload of equipment maintenance personnel,but also increases the operating cost.If the maintenance is not in place in time,it will inevitably lead to the shutdown of the production sewage reinjection system,which will further lead to the shutdown.In this paper,the causes of excessive vibration of water injection pump are analyzed comprehensively,and combined with the present situation of production technology,the transformation measures are put forward.After the transformation,satisfactory expected results are obtained and high evaluation is won.
