摘  要:热效率作为衡量加热炉性能优劣的一个重要参考指标,直接影响到生产装置能耗的高低,因此,采取正确的测试方法对加热炉进行热效率测试,根据测试结果分析影响热效率的主要因素,优化运行,可以达到节能的目的。文章结合某加氢装置加热炉DCS参数及相关LIMS化验数据,通过Pro-Ⅱ对某加氢装置加热炉进行逆向模拟分析,采用热量平衡方法分析加热炉燃烧状态,计算燃烧不完全对整个加热炉效率的影响,并提出相应优化措施,进一步提高装置经济效益。As an important reference index to measure the performance of the heating furnace, thermal efficiency directly affects the energy consumption of the production device. Therefore, the correct test method is used to test the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, and the main factors affecting the thermal efficiency are analyzed according to the test results to optimize the operation, which can achieve the purpose of energy saving. In this paper, combined with the DCS parameters of the heating furnace of a hydrogenation unit and the relevant LIMS test data, the reverse simulation analysis of the heating furnace of a hydrogenation unit is carried out through Pro-Ⅱ, the heat balance method is used to analyze the combustion state of the heating furnace, and the incomplete combustion is calculated. The impact of efficiency, and corresponding optimization measures are proposed to further improve the economic benefits of the device.
