摘　　要：进入21世纪,LNG(液化天然气)迅速成为能源市场的重点之一。随着国家大力推广清洁能源的调整和国内外LNG供应量的迅猛增长,加速了国内LNG配套产业技术的完善,相应的LNG接收站工程也得以快速发展。LNG储罐,尤其是大型LNG低温储罐(16万立方米以上)的内罐是低温LNG专用存储装置,属于易燃易爆重大危险源范畴,一旦发生泄漏,将会造成人员伤亡、污染环境和财产损失等不良后果,因此,研究分析大型低温LNG储罐工程中内罐安装的存在风险并提出管理和控制措施势在必行。大型LNG储罐内罐在安装建造过程中涉及到多专业交叉,使用材料涉及钢板、管道、混凝土和保冷材料,安装过程中涉及到高处作业、吊装作业、射线作业、临边作业等控制起来有很大难度,文章分析了大型LNG低温储罐内罐在安装过程中的主要风险点,同时提出了相应的解决措施。In the 21st century,LNG(liquef ied natural gas)has quickly become one of the focuses of the energy market.As the country vigorously promotes the adjustment of clean energy and the rapid growth of LNG supply at home and abroad,it has accelerated the improvement of domestic LNG supporting industrial technology,and the corresponding LNG receiving station project has also been developed rapidly.LNG storage tanks,especially the inner tanks of large-scale LNG cryogenic storage tanks(above 160,000 cubic meters)are dedicatedstorage devices for low-temperature LNG,which belong to the category of major flammable and explosive hazards.Once a leak occurs,it willcause casualties,environmental pollution,and Property lossesand other adverse consequences,therefore,it is imperative to study and analyze the risks of the installation of inner tanks in large-scale low-temperature LNG storage tank projects and to propose management and control measures.The installation and construction of large-scale LNG storage tanks involves multi-disciplinary crossover.The materials used include steel plates,pipes,concrete and cold insulation materials.The installation process involves high-altitude operations,hoisting operations,ray operations,and side operations.It is very diff icult.This article analyzes the main risk points of large-scale LNG cryogenic storage tanks during the installation process,and proposes corresponding solutions.
