摘　　要：液压支架修理过程中,立柱的维修率高达90%。人工组装时,劳动强度大,安全性能低,生产效率低,产品合格率低。针对此问题,废旧利用采用机电一体化的科学技术自主研制了立式装缸机。此设备的投入使用,实现了立柱维修的机械化,有效地解决了以往遇到的问题,在保证安全的前提下,实现了高质量的生产目标。During the maintenance of hydraulic support, the maintenance rate of column is as high as 90%. Manual assembly not only has high labor intensity and low safety performance, but also has low production efficiency and product qualification rate. In order to solve this problem, this paper independently developed a vertical cylinder loader by using the science and technology of mechatronics. The use of the equipment realizes the mechanization of column maintenance and effectively solves the previous problems. On the premise of ensuring safety, the high quality production goal is realized.
