摘　　要：为深化路企战略合作,推动运输供给侧结构性改革,以广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司为试点,在阐述广西钢材运输发展现状的基础上,针对广西钢材运输存在的协同发展缺乏合力、卸车效率有待提升、装车作业能力不足、物流服务水平较低等问题,提出促进路企协同发展、优化卸车作业模式、提高装车水平、拓展物流服务等铁路发展钢材物流的对策,以提高广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司供应链运行效率,延伸产业链供应链触角,降低钢材运输综合成本,提高路企信息化服务水平,从而发展基于路企协同的现代铁路钢材物流。Liuzhou Steel Group served as a pilot enterprise to deepen the strategic cooperation of railways and enterprises and promote the supply-side structural reform of transportation. Depending on the status of steel transportation in Guangxi, this paper pointed out existing problems in its development, including the lack of synergy in the coordinated development, the insufficient unloading efficiency, the inadequate capacity of loading operations, and the low level of logistics services. Accordingly, countermeasures were put forward to address these problems, such as the promotion of the coordinated development of railways and enterprises,the optimization of the unloading operation mode, the improvement of the loading level, and the expansion of logistics services. These countermeasures are capable of improving the supply chain operation efficiency of Liuzhou Steel Group, extending the supply chain tentacles of the industrial chain, reducing the comprehensive cost of steel transportation, and improving the information service level of railways and enterprises, so as to develop modern railway logistics for steel transportation based on the coordination of railways and enterprises.
