摘 要:该试验旨在改进北美海棠试管苗生根技术。分别研究了两种培养基、两种培养环境及两种茎段长度对北美海棠试管苗生根的影响。结果表明,在土壤支撑培养基中北美海棠试管苗的生根率达到84.4%,显著高于琼脂培养基,两种培养基中试管苗的茎长无显著差异。在露地环境中培养的试管苗生根率达到90.6%,与培养室环境中的试管苗无显著差异。接种短茎段(5~10mm)与长茎段(15~20mm)处理之间的试管苗生根率及根长无显著差异,但长茎段处理的茎长显著高于短茎段处理。本结果将为完善北美海棠试管苗生根培养技术及降低成本提供依据。This paper aimed at improving the in vitro rooting technology of North American Begonia.The effects of two kinds of culture medium,two kinds of culture environment and two kinds of stem length on the rooting of North American Begonia micro shoot were studied respectively.The results showed that the rooting rate of the Begonia plantlet in soil supporting medium was84.4%,which was significantly higher than that in agar medium.There was no significant difference in the stem length between the two media.The rooting rate of the micro shoot cultivated in the field environment reached 90.6%,which was not significantly different from that in the incubation chamber.There was no significant difference in rooting rate and root length between the treatment of short stem section(5-10 mm)and long stem section(15-20 mm),but the stem length of long stem section treatment was significantly higher than that of short stem section treatment.The results of this study will provide a basis for improving the rooting technology and reducing the cost of North American begonia plantlet in vitro.
