摘　　要：为弥补安全生产领域失信惩戒名单的局限性,本文首先明确安全生产信用的内涵,并以安全意愿、安全能力、安全效果为基础构建企业安全生产信用综合评价的9个评级维度和43个具体信用评价指标,然后建立得分函数、计算贡献系数等,最终确定企业安全生产信用综合等级,从而更好地明确企业的安全生产状况,为抑制事故频发,提高安全质量奠定坚实的基础。In order to make up for the limitations of the punishment list for trust-breaking in the field of work safety,in this paper,the connotation of work safety credit was expounded clearly,and based on safety intention,safety ability and safety effect,a comprehensive evaluation system for enterprise work safety credit was constructed with 9 rating dimensions and 43 specific credit rating indicators.The comprehensive credit rating of enterprise work safety was determined through establishing scoring function and calculating contribution coefficient,etc.Thus,the state of work safety of enterprises could be better clarified,which lays a solid foundation for curbing the occurrence of accidents and improving work safety quality.
